I’m Laura, healer, mentor, intuitive empath, energy worker.
I have always remembered that I am a SOUL having a human experience and it has been part of my path to learn and understand how to merge the spiritual and material realms in a grounded, real-world way.

From a very young age, I was encouraged to discover and articulate my feelings, this developed my emotional intelligence and, the other important string to my bow of personal purpose. This is the way that I connect with my higher self. It has always seemed natural to me, but over the years, I have had to experience getting out of my own way and learning how to read the spiral path, how to hear or feel the echoes of soul and find the unfolding path of where I am meant to be a light bearer. A Pattern breaker, Individual and mystic, who helps. the status quo evolve to something which truly supports a collective shift into more harmonious and compassionate ways of being.

I Believe...

We all have a unique soul “blueprint” that we incarnated with to experience our own journey as a soul having a human experience.

This encompasses the talents and natural abilities we have. These are not necessarily associated with our career choices, but are the things which light us up and bring fulfillment to our lives. We experience more harmony and satisfaction when we are able to incorporate these into our life.

Learning how to balance all aspects of the self and to excavate the ‘jewel from the mud’ (the learning from our challenges) is an art form and requires dedication and experimentation.
