Terms of Service These Terms govern your access to, usage of all content, Product and Services available at https://lightradiance.com.au website (the “Service”) operated by Light Radiance (“us”, “we”, or “our”). Your access to our services is subject to your acceptance, without modification, of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules and policies published and that may be published from time to time by us. Please read the Agreement carefully before accessing or using our Services. By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of the terms of the Agreement, then you may not access or use our Services.
Payment Terms. Due to the difficulty with debt collection, all payments for reading requests must be tendered in advance or COD. Direct credit card payments accepted. Please direct your payment preference type to LIGHT RADIANCE at the time of your service request. Please note that all payment transfers are done through the third-party platform(s) STRIPE, so please be familiar with the privacy policy and terms of use for these third -party platforms. LAURA GEERMANS AND LIGHT RADIANCE is not liable for any mishandling by these third-party platforms. In the event of third-party mishandling, your claim will be with STRIPE directly. LIGHT RADIANCE does not accept checks or money orders. If your credit card is declined or payment is not properly transferred due to deficiencies on your end, then LIGHT RADIANCE will be entitled to the balance owed plus a 25% interest as additional charge for the deficiency.
Cancellation Policy. For online sessions by appointment, to cancel you must send the cancelation notice to LAURA GEERMANS AND LIGHT RADIANCE at least 24 (twenty-four) hours in advance of the appointment. Otherwise you will be bound to pay the session price even if you do not show up for your session. Due to the packed schedule and the number of clientele handled, cancellations are an enormous burden on the business. Thus, if you book a session, then we rely on your representation that you will fulfill your end of the arrangement and we will of ours. For e-mail written reading reports, all sales are final and therefore once offer and acceptance have been confirmed, you will be bound to the terms. Again, this is due to the busy schedule and the enormous burden placed on us if and when there are cancellations.
Service Requested is Not Time Sensitive. You understand and acknowledge that the service you have requested is not urgent and that time is not of the essence. If, however, your inquiry is urgent or time-sensitive, then separate, additional, written arrangements need to be made with LIGHT RADIANCE. If no such documented, written arrangements are made on timing of delivery, then you hereby assure us that your request and needs are not time-sensitive.
Refund Policy for Services. At LIGHT RADIANCE we value one-to-one personalised care, supported by a spiritual point of view. You are requesting a spirituality-based service tendered from experience, specialized knowledge, and personalized attention. Thus, our services are non-refundable. All service fulfillments are final. Nonetheless, LAURA GEERMANS at LIGHT RADIANCE want to ensure that you glean the most value from your spiritual experience with LIGHTRADIANCE services, and so if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out. We would be more than happy to attend to you and see what we can do to resolve any concerns you may have.
Refund Policy for products. You have specially ordered a product such as audio meditation or download, which will be crafted and personally prepared by LIGHT RADIANCE. Our products and services come from a spiritual point of view and as a spirituality-based product or service, you will be given personal attention and care. As a result, each product we sell is considered a custom good. Thus, regrettably they are non-refundable. All fulfillments are final. Nonetheless, we at LIGHT RADIANCE want to ensure that you glean the most value from your spiritual experience with us, and so if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out. We would be more than happy to attend to you and see what we can do to resolve any concerns you may have.
Scope of Spiritual Mentoring Services. The services provided byLAURA GEERMANS LIGHT RADIANCE are akin to SPIRITUAL LIFE COACHING services and I strive to help you work on your goals for the future and create the life path you desire. Your experience with LAURA GEERMANS LIGHT RADIANCE in no way replaces professional counseling from a licensed counselor or therapist and cannot be relied upon in lieu of sound legal, medical, or financial advice from licensed or qualified professionals. LAURA GEERMANS LIGHT RADIANCE in no way diagnoses problems, but rather, suggests creative and intuitive perspectives for understanding your current problems, to help you come up with actions you can take to empower yourself in a way that will maximize your personal and professional potentials. LAURA GEERMANS LIGHT RADIANCE strives to help you improve the quality of your life by tapping into your creativity and intuition. The role of such a spiritual mentor is supportive.
Disclosure of Limitations. The spirituality-based services of LAURA GEERMANS AND LIGHT RADIANCE should never be used in place of professional counseling. Your mentoring or esoteric acupuncture session cannot offer legal, medical, business, or financial advice nor does any portion of your session from LAURA GEERMANS AND LIGHT RADIANCE purport to do so. You should not rely on any such spirituality-based service to make any decision that would affect your legal, financial, or medical condition. If your inquiry involves the law, finance, or medicine, then you should seek the advice of a licensed or qualified legal, financial, or medical professional. Also, spirituality-based services by LAURA GEERMANS AND LIGHT RADIANCE cannot replace qualified mental health care. A mentoring or esoteric acupuncture session can only facilitate how you cope spiritually with a given situation.
Video Reading Recordings. LIGHT RADIANCE may, at your option, provide video conference consultations or sessions through third party platforms or hosts, such as Zoom. These video sessions may from time to time be recorded. If a video session is recorded, you will be put on notice in advance of the recording. You are entitled to a copy of the video recording, though processing and administrative charges may apply. Before consenting to a video session, please go over any questions or concerns you may have with LAURA GEERMANS AND LIGHT RADIANCE. By commencing a video session, you are consenting to the terms herein. Likewise, please be advised that you are not permitted to record video sessions without express, written permission from LAURA GEERMANS LIGHT RADIANCE. If you would like to record your video session, then please ask before doing so. Reasonable accommodation or arrangements can then be made accordingly.
Confidentiality. LIGHT RADIANCE AND LAURA GEERMANS exercises reasonable diligence in maintaining the confidentiality of your sessions and we will not voluntarily, knowingly, intentionally, or willfully disclose your identity or the contents of your sessions with us to third parties. However, if LIGHT RADIANCE LAURA GEERMANS genuinely believes disclosure is required to: (1) prevent imminent harm or risk of harm to yourself or to another, (2) meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or (3) protect or defend LAURA GEERMANS AND LIGHT RADIANCE against claims or threats of claims, then LAURA GEERMANS AND LIGHT RADIANCE reserves the right to do so to the extent reasonably necessary. Please keep in mind that no legally recognized privilege exists between a professional spiritual mentor and client the way a privilege might exist between an attorney and client, doctor and patient, husband and wife, or priest and penitent.
Intellectual Property The Agreement does not transfer from Us to you any of Ours or third party intellectual property, and all right, title, and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with Light Radiance and its licensors.
Third-Party Services In using the Services, you may use third-party services, products, software, embeds, or applications developed by a third party (“Third-Party Services”). If you use any Third-Party Services, you understand that:
- Any use of a Third-Party Service is at your own risk, and we shall not be responsible or liable to anyone for Third-Party websites or Services.
- You acknowledge and agree that We shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.
Accounts Where use of any part of our Services requires an account, you agree to provide us with complete and accurate information when you register for an account. You will be solely responsible and liable for any activity that occurs under your account. You are responsible for keeping your account information up-to-date and for keeping your password secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account that you use to access the Service. You shall not share or misuse your access credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized uses of your account or upon becoming aware of any other breach of security.
Links To Other Websites Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Light Radiance. Light Radiance assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Light Radiance shall also not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services. We advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
Termination We may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate the Agreement or your Light Radiance account, you may simply discontinue using our Services. All provisions of the Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Disclaimer Our Services are provided “AS IS.” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Light Radiance and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither Light Radiance, nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that our Services will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, our Services at your own discretion and risk.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law Except to the extent any applicable law provides otherwise, the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be the state and federal courts located in Victoria, Australia.
Reservation of Right. From time to time, as would be ordinary for any business, LIGHT RADIANCE may modify the Terms of Service and we reserve the right to
do so at our discretion accordingly. The terms your service with us will be bound by will be the terms applicable at the time your service was rendered.
